Job summary

Business Intelligence Sales Consultants in Málaga is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Representative for on-site work in Benalmádena, Spain. The role requires fluency in Dutch and a good command of English, with activities across calls, emails, chats and other channels.

You will handle inquiries about online orders, payments, products and promotions, while recording interactions in our ticketing system and following established service standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level or bilingual Dutch with good English
• On-site work in Benalmádena, Málaga, Spain
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 plus two Saturdays per month

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Assist shoppers with online orders, payments, products and promotions.
• Record customer interactions in internal ticketing systems.
• Provide timely responses and solutions within service quality standards.
• Stay updated on products, services, processes and policies.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams and guide complaints processes.
