Kats Recruitment seeks a Customer Service Advisor fluent in Dutch to join an international e‑commerce team in Benalmádena, Málaga. You will be the friendly voice for Dutch-speaking shoppers, delivering first-class service across all channels.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch with good written and spoken English.
• Experience using CRM software and ticketing tools.
• Customer-focused, patient and calm under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site in Benalmádena, Málaga with relocation support.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers via phone, email, and Live Chat regarding orders, product details and promotions.
• Log interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Resolve inquiries empathetically and escalate when needed.
• Follow project guidelines to sustain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Potentially handle social media inquiries as the role expands.
