Next Job Abroad in Málaga, Spain, is hiring a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist. Work visa-friendly relocation, hybrid model after three months, 32–39 hours/week, base salary up to €2,094 gross/month plus a 15% monthly bonus.

You’ll handle inbound questions by phone, chat and email, guide users through setups, upsell wisely, and keep CRM records accurate. Four weeks of paid training, on-site first phase, then flexible hybrid work, with summer relocation options and flight subsidies.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch (C2) with strong English (B1) to navigate international office.
• Genuine interpersonal skills and empathy in customer conversations.
• Digital native comfortable with standard software and new tools.
• Legally eligible to live/work in Spain (EU passport or residency).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
• Guide users through fixes for mobile data, SIMs, home internet, and TV box setups.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and upsell in a natural, customer-focused way.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
