Job summary

Concentrix in Benalmádena near Málaga is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to assist customers across channels. We provide paid training and a permanent Spanish contract with benefits. The role offers hybrid working options and a rotating schedule, with a €1,000 relocation package to help you move to Spain.

Fluent Dutch and good English are required, along with comfort using CRM systems. You will be part of an international team and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

Your role

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly and professional voice of Specsavers, helping customers across different channels.

Your responsibilities will include

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in Dutch.
• Supporting customers via Live Chat and email.
• Helping customers with questions about online orders, payments, products and promotions.
• Handling calls transferred from Specsavers stores and accurately recording customer interactions in the ticketing system.
• Making customer satisfaction your number one priority and looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
• Following established procedures and processes while delivering a high-quality service.
• Working closely with your team and communicating effectively across different channels.
• Working towards and achieving your individual and team performance targets.
• With time and training, you may also have the opportunity to support customers through Social Media.

What we're looking for

You don't need to have everything figured out from day one. We provide fully paid training to help you build the knowledge and confidence you need to succeed.

• Speaks and writes Dutch fluently.
• Has a good level of English, as training and internal communication are delivered in English.
• Is comfortable using computers, CRM systems and working across multiple systems at the same time.
• Is naturally customer-focused, patient and professional, including when handling challenging situations.
• Is proactive, curious and eager to learn about Specsavers' products, services and processes.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment where things can change and evolve.
• Is a strong team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.

• Permanent Spanish employment contract with all applicable benefits.
• 19,623€ gross annual base salary + up to 1,800€ gross annual bonus.

• Rotating schedule:
• Monday-Friday: 08:00-21:00hs
• Saturday: 09:00-17:00hs
• Two weekends off every month.
