Next Job Abroad is hiring for a Dutch-speaking customer support role in Spain. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat about mobile, internet, and TV services, including activations and basic troubleshooting.

The position offers a permanent contract, a relocation package, and a training program within a multinational team. The role requires native Dutch proficiency and good English, EU work eligibility, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English (B1+).
• EU passport or legal right to work in Spain.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions about mobile services, home internet, and TV.
• Help with SIM card activation, internet setup, TV installation, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling (training provided).
• Maintain accurate customer records and work with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending additional products or services.
• Basic technical understanding and good computer skills.
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
