Kats Recruitment seeks a Customer Service Advisor fluent in Dutch to join an international e‑commerce team in Benalmádena, Málaga. You will be the friendly voice for Dutch-speaking shoppers, delivering first-class service across all channels.

This on-site position offers a Spanish permanent contract, relocation support, and a comprehensive onboarding program to grow your customer care career.

Qualificações

Customer Service Advisor with Dutch

Location: On-site in Benalmádena, Málaga, Spain
Schedule: Full-time (Rotating shifts: Mon–Fri 08:00–21:00, Sat 09:00–17:00, Sun 11:00–17:00 with two guaranteed free weekends per month)

About the Role

In this role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful guide for Dutch-speaking shoppers, ensuring they receive first-class service across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Communication: Assist customers via phone, email, and Live Chat regarding orders, product details, and special promotions.
  
• Store & Ticket Management: Process store-redirected calls efficiently and log all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
  
• Customer Care: Turn complex inquiries or issue escalations into positive experiences through empathetic, professional support.
  
• Process Excellence: Adhere to project guidelines and quality benchmarks to consistently maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  
• Future Channels: Opportunity to expand your skill set by handling social media customer inquiries as the role evolves.
