What you’ll be doing day to day

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver customers rely on. You will:

• Support eCommerce customers via phone and chat with questions about online orders and deliveries
• Handle store overflow calls and log customer inquiries in our CRM systems
• Deliver consistently great customer experiences — and help us make them even better
• Follow clear processes that set you up for success
• Potentially expand into email and social media support in the future
• Collaborate with your team to hit goals and celebrate wins together
