Next Job Abroad is hiring a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist in Spain (Alicante or Málaga). You will help customers via phone, email and chat, assist with mobile services, home internet, and TV, and resolve basic tech issues.

This is a permanent Spanish employment contract with a hybrid work model after onboarding, paid training, relocation support, and clear career development opportunities.

Competenze

• Native-level Dutch language ability (C2).
• English proficiency at least B1+.
• EU passport or right to work in Spain required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic technical understanding and computer skills.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with questions about mobile services, home internet and TV.
• Help with SIM activation, internet setup, TV installation and basic troubleshooting.
• Deliver friendly, professional and solution-oriented service.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling (training provided).
• Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with team to ensure excellent CX.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending additional products or services.
• Basic technical understanding and good computer skills.
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
