Ersilia is partnering with a global leader to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an e-commerce project based in Benalmádena, Málaga. You will support customers across orders, products, and promotions via calls, live chat, and email, delivering professional and friendly service.

The role offers a full-time permanent contract in Spain, paid training, generous vacation, and opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch and good English both written and spoken.
• Experience with computer systems/CRM tools and multitasking.
• Customer-friendly, patient, and able to handle difficult situations.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls, Live Chat, and email from customers.
• Assist with orders, products, and promotions maintaining professionalism.
• Record calls accurately in the ticketing system and follow procedures.
• Meet performance targets while delivering high-quality service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to ensure quick communication.

We're partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an e-commerce project based in Benalmádena, Málaga. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international team while supporting customers with world-class service.

Your Role:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, as well as customer requests via Live Chat and email.
• Support customers with questions about orders, products, and promotions, always ensuring a professional and friendly approach.
• Process calls redirected from stores and register them accurately in the ticketing system.
• Follow established procedures and project guidelines to ensure consistent service.
• Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and continuously improving customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, communicating quickly and effectively across different channels.
• Meet performance targets while ensuring quality in every interaction.
• Potential to handle customer inquiries via social media channels in the future.

Your Qualifications:

• Fluent Dutch and good English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience with computer systems and CRM tools, with the ability to multitask across them.
• Customer-friendly, patient, and able to manage difficult situations with professionalism and positivity.
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and proactive in developing knowledge about services, procedures, and products.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
