Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch-speaking) to join our on-site automotive team. You will lead follow-up calls with interested customers, represent a premium brand with professionalism, and capture insights to support retailers.

You must be bilingual in Dutch and English, hold a high school diploma, and have experience in customer service or sales—ideally in automotive or luxury sectors.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Dutch and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; background in business, communications, or automotive studies preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales, ideally automotive or luxury sectors.
• Clear and confident communication with executive-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they've expressed interest in a product
• Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
• Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
• Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
• Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
• Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.
