Concentrix seeks a Customer Experience Specialist (German-speaking) to join our onsite automotive team in Barcelona. You will engage with premium customers, conduct structured follow-ups, and represent a luxury brand with professionalism and care.

You’ll collect insights and support sales teams while maintaining strong relationship continuity. The role emphasizes German and English communication, a high-school diploma, and prior customer service or sales experience in the automotive or luxury

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in automotive or luxury sectors
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to interact with executives
• Interest in automotive industry and premium products
• Structured, professional, discreet handling of pricing and offers
• Comfort with scripted call approach and post-interaction reports

Responsabilités

• Lead follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they express interest
• Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism and customer focus
• Identify customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing or product preferences
• Collect insights and summarize interactions for retailer sales teams
• Maintain relationship continuity by managing follow-up and offer-related calls
• Ensure all interactions align with brand quality standards and premium positioning
