FH Collective - Academy seeks a Dutch-speaking Account Executive based in Madrid to own the full sales cycle for the Dutch market. This hybrid role requires comfort with outbound prospecting, cold-calling, and driving growth in an international environment.

You will manage the entire sales process from first contact to subscription, then hand accounts to the Customer Experience team. The position includes uncapped commissions and a clear path with ramp-up targets.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in Dutch.
• Must already reside in Spain (no relocation support provided).
• 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting).
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and a KPI/metrics-driven mindset.
• Availability aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to subscription closure.
• Hand over accounts to Customer Experience post-subscription.
• Utilize system-assigned leads effectively.
• Handle 80-100 calls per day.
• Meet KPIs for calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
