Job summary

Lingo-nova in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join our international sales team on a hybrid basis. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and conduct product demonstrations with Dutch-speaking clients.

Fluency in Dutch and English, 1–6 years in sales, and residing in Spain are required. Base salary €30,000 with uncapped commissions; monthly target €600 and quarterly accelerators.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center.
• Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven sales.
• Must currently reside in Spain.

Dutch-speaking Account Executive | Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain.

Location

• Madrid, Spain
• Hybrid work model
• Permanent contract
• No relocation support (candidates must already be based in Spain)

Working Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00
• Friday: 09:00 - 15:00
• Availability aligned with the US time zone is preferred, especially during the onboarding period.

Compensation

• €30,000 gross annual base salary
• Uncapped commission plan
• Monthly target commission of €600
• Performance multipliers:
  • 80% target = 1.3x
  • 100% target = 2x
  • 150%+ target = 3x
• Additional quarterly commission accelerators for top performers.
