FH Collective - Academy in Madrid seeks a Dutch-speaking sales professional to manage the full sales cycle. You will conduct client meetings, handle trials, and drive outbound activities in a target-driven environment.

The role is full-time with a permanent contract, based in Madrid with a hybrid work model after onboarding. 30,000€ gross annual base salary plus an uncapped bonus and paid training, plus generous leave and benefits.

Working Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00
• Friday: 09:00–15:00

Requirements

• Native or bilingual Dutch
• Must already reside in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, outbound sales, or call center)
• Comfortable with cold calling
• KPI-driven mindset
• Availability aligned with the US schedule
