Concentrix is seeking an Inside Partner Sales Representative (Dutch speaking) in Malaga, hybrid, to grow our partner network, develop opportunities, and drive revenue for SMB accounts across a global technology services landscape.

You will qualify inbound leads, manage the full sales cycle with partners, and support pricing, positioning, and negotiations. Training and career development are provided to help you succeed.

Formación

• Experience in sales, account management, or partner sales in a B2B or tech environment.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain pipeline accuracy, and work towards targets and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with CRM or sales platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage strong relationships with resellers and partners, acting as a subject matter expert and expanding the partner network within your assigned territory.
• Qualify and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities, working closely with partners to drive deals through to closure.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including pricing support, solution positioning, negotiations, and deal closing.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, supporting account planning and ensuring accurate reporting and funnel management.
• Promote and enable the use of sales tools and product knowledge among partners, ensuring alignment with programs and processes.
• Drive partner engagement through proactive outreach, trainings, and events, while ensuring a strong post-sales experience.
