Personalbüro U. Herrmann seeks a Dutch- and English-speaking customer support agent for eCommerce. You will handle inquiries across channels, resolve issues promptly, and document actions in the CRM. Training materials guide you through standard protocols, and you will collaborate with teams for complex cases.

The role requires calm, empathetic communication, the ability to work independently, and punctuality for the 09:00–18:00 office schedule. A dynamic, supportive team environment is offered.

Formación

• Native Dutch and fluent English (B2)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Resourceful and stress-resilient
• Good listening and empathy
• Able to solve issues timely
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to cover office hours Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00

Responsabilidades

• Assist eCommerce customers via multiple channels (phone, chat, later email and social media)
• Identify issues, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives
• Guide customers using training cheat sheets and protocols
• Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support
• Escalate to appropriate department when needed
• Collaborate with other agents/teams on complex cases
• Document every action in a CRM system in detail
