Confidential international e-commerce company in Valencia is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to handle customer support, resolve complex cases, and coordinate cross-functionally. You will contribute to continuous improvement and meet KPI targets across multiple channels.

• Salary expectations alignment with €1,700–€1,900 gross/month
