Join is launching an exciting customer service project in our international contact center and seeks motivated, Dutch-speaking candidates to join a growing team.

Deliver high-quality service via phone, email, and ticketing, handling delivery tracking, returns, and general inquiries. You will document interactions, meet KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Native-level Dutch, both written and spoken.
• English for internal communication and training.
• Previous experience in customer service, a call center, or contact center is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with empathy and patience.

Responsabilidades

Tasks

Requirements

Native-level Dutch, both written and spoken.

Good command of English for internal communication and training.

Previous experience in customer service, a call center, or a contact center is an advantage.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A customer-first mindset with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Benefits

A permanent 39-hour per week contract.

From monday to friday from 8hs to 19hs in two shifts and 2 saturdays a month from 8hs to 18hs.

Annual gross salary of €23,173, plus up to €3,480 gross per year in performance bonus.
