ADM Value in Barcelona is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our contact center. You will provide exceptional service via phone, email, and ticketing systems, helping customers with deliveries, returns and inquiries in an international environment.

Requirements include native-level Dutch and good English, with prior contact center experience being advantageous. The role offers a permanent 39-hour weekly contract, paid training, and ongoing support in a growing team.

Formación

• Native-level Dutch; strong English for internal communication.
• Experience in customer service or contact centers is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and empathy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Assist customers with delivery tracking, returns, and general inquiries.
• Maintain professional, empathetic interactions and record all interactions accurately.
• Meet KPIs and quality standards while resolving issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
