Frontiers in Madrid is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to ensure reliable technology and smooth IT experience for employees. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, deploy and maintain equipment, and provide onsite and remote support to keep operations productive.

With 3–5 years in desktop support and relevant IT certifications, you will onboard new starters, manage access and inventory, train end users, and contribute to IT strategies while collaborating with the wider IT team.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in desktop support or similar role.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and iOS.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues autonomously (Level 2 Desktop Support Technician).
• Provide IT services support onsite and remotely.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Onboard new starters and deliver IT inductions.
• Provide end-user training and support for IT systems and applications.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT equipment and software licences.
• Manage Access Permissions and assist with AV support in meeting rooms.
• Collaborate with IT team to improve support processes.
