Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Madrid is seeking an IT Support Intern to help keep workplace technology running smoothly and securely. You will diagnose issues, assist users, and learn the standards and tools of a corporate support environment.

You will gain hands‑on experience in incident diagnosis, PC deployment, account access tasks, and basic asset management while growing in a service‑oriented team.

Formación

• Not required; internship, traineeship, or part‑time IT support experience is a plus.
• VET in IT / Systems Administration / Networking, or a higher IT degree.
• Spanish (fluent) and English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first‑line IT support for HQ users: diagnose and resolve incidents for Windows, Microsoft 365, email, and connectivity.
• Prepare and deploy PCs and peripherals: imaging, configuration, software installation, onboarding/offboarding support.
• Support office equipment and coordinate with vendors/escalation teams when needed.
• Manage basic user administration tasks: password resets, group membership, shared mailboxes.
• Document resolutions and maintain ticket/asset records to improve knowledge base.
