Job summary

Straumann Group in Spain seeks a Territory Manager (f/m/d) to grow sales within a defined territory. You will promote, quote, and close orders from dental practices, leveraging the full Straumann portfolio and digital outreach to build lasting customer relationships.

You will work remotely with occasional in-person visits, report to the Area Sales Manager, and travel as required. Fluency in Spanish is essential; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience helping dental practices grow business.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing lead targets.
• Self-starter with strong motivation.
• Excellent listening and written communication in Spanish.

• Comfort with digital communications platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts both remotely and face to face.
• Generate leads and opportunities through calls, social media and email.
• Qualify leads quickly (within 24 hours) and provide quotes.
• Close sales and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain CRM data discipline and use quote/finance tools.
