Flowtec Solutions Ltd. seeks a Regional Business Development Manager for Data Center markets in Southern Europe (Spain, France, Italy). You will drive growth, build strategic relationships with operators, consultants and EPCs, and lead specifications for HVAC and DLC solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data center BD, technical affinity for cooling tech, and fluency in Spanish and English. Willingness to travel across the region is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development in the data center sector.
• Technical affinity for HVAC, cooling tech, flow systems, or DLC benefits.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French/Italian a plus.
• CRM experience (Dynamics 365) and SAP familiarity is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Spain, France and Italy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for Southern Europe Data Center markets.
• Build relationships with data center owners, operators, consultants, EPCs, and contractors.
• Secure project specifications for HVAC and Direct Liquid Cooling solutions.
• Identify new opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
• Collaborate with local sales teams, engineering, PMs, and cooling specialists.
• Support regional service offerings and pricing strategies aligned with Europe.
