Flowtec Group is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager – Data Center (Southern Europe) to drive growth across Spain, France and Italy. You will develop sales strategies, build strategic relationships with data center owners, operators, and EPCs, and secure specifications for HVAC and cooling solutions.

The role requires an engineering/business degree, 3+ years in data center sales, strong regional knowledge, Spanish and English fluency, and willingness to travel; an attractive package

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful sales or business development experience in the data center industry.
• Strong understanding of the regional data center ecosystem and specification selling.
• Technical affinity for HVAC, cooling technologies, flow systems, or energy-efficient infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the data center market in Southern Europe (Spain, France, Italy).
• Drive business development with data center owners, operators, consultants, EPCs, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships and secure project specifications for HVAC and DLC solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Companies, engineering teams, project managers and cooling specialists across Europe.
