Cross Border Talents in Valencia is seeking a Danish-speaking Sales Development Representative to join an international team. You will be the first point of contact for new clients and build a personal portfolio while fostering long-term relationships in the Danish market.

The role requires Danish fluency (C2) and comfort with English, 1-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles in IT/SaaS, and experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Fluent Danish (C2) and comfortable in English.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success in IT or SaaS is preferred.
• Tech-savvy and confident using CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for new clients and deliver an unforgettable first impression.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of customers while nurturing long-term relationships.
• Act as a trusted cloud advisor, helping companies unlock modern cloud technologies.
• Partner with internal experts to identify, up-sell and cross-sell tailored solutions for SMBs.
• Gather client insights and share feedback as the Voice of the Customer inside our organization.
