Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative who speaks Danish, Dutch or German and excels in English. You will join an international sales team in Barcelona, with a hybrid work model and an attractive relocation package.

Ideal candidates have sales or business development experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and negotiation skills. You will generate leads, qualify prospects, and collaborate with Account Executives to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish, Dutch or German
• Excellent English
• Previous sales, business development or lead-generation experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university-level education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
• Proactive, confident and comfortable with outbound sales
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona

Responsabilités

• Identify and research potential business customers
• Conduct outbound calls, emails and prospecting activities
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and book meetings
• Work towards ambitious sales targets and KPIs
