The Lemon Consulting in Barcelona is seeking a sales-oriented professional for a full-time hybrid position. You will make outbound calls to promote services, build and maintain a robust customer database, and monitor competitive offerings to refine selling strategies.

Requirements include Danish at C2 level and advanced English, with preference for about 20 months of sales experience and strong CRM capabilities. Competitive compensation includes a bonus and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Danish language at C2 level and strong English required; multilingual abilities are a plus due to the Nordic market.
• Around 20 months of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet targets without constant oversight.
• Strong CRM experience and ability to leverage CRM tools to engage customers and drive sales.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and build the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
• Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.
