Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Barcelona, Valencia, or Malaga. You will handle multi-channel customer inquiries, log details, and maintain SLA-driven responses while growing knowledge of automotive applications and EV technology.

Formación

• 1 year of working experience in Customer Service.
• Proficient in Danish and fluent in English.
• Working knowledge of Windows/MS Office and basic IT configurations.
• Experience in the automotive industry and EV experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming customer contacts (phone, email, chat & other alerts) and resolve requests.
• Log call details and provide response within SLA.
• Maintain product knowledge related to customer applications.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
• Provide cover for other Agents within or across teams.
• Handle administrative duties including holidays, sickness and overtime.
• Assist Supervisor or Mentor with tasks to maintain service performance and customer satisfaction.
