Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is Danish-speaking to join our on-site Barcelona team. You'll deliver high-quality post-sales support, handle orders, logistics, warranties, and refunds, and capture data in CRM.

This role offers full-time hours and a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will receive comprehensive training, access to modern tools, and ongoing career development.

Formación

• Are proficient or bilingual in Danish + advanced English
• Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations
• Good team player with drive for success
• Previous experience in similar position is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate information to our customer
• Logging and follow up of correct and valid orders or requests
• Delivery of high caliber customer service on post-sales requisitions (logistics, warranties, refunds)
• Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client training, policies and procedures
