Concentrix is recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for an on-site role in Barcelona. You will handle calls through the CRM portal, create quotations and orders in SAP, and communicate delivery times to customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal
• Create quotations and orders via SAP system
• Expedite and communicate expected delivery times to customers
• Offer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)
• Provide first level technicalassistanceto help customersidentifytheir requirements for products and services
• Call back customers
• Lead management
• Other duties and tasks as assigned
