Closerhire seeks a Danish-speaking customer service agent to join our Barcelona team. You will handle incoming contacts via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, log cases, and provide timely responses within SLAs.

You’ll work a full-time 39-hour week, Mon-Fri 09:00–18:00, on-site in Barcelona with relocation support and paid training. A multicultural environment and career development await.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual in Danish and fluent in English.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Possess basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, internet settings).
• Show a proactive attitude and enjoy helping people.
• Experience from the automotive or electric vehicle industry – a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming contacts via phone, email, chat, and other channels to resolve user inquiries.
• Log cases accurately in the system and provide timely responses within service level agreements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of services and products tailored to the electric vehicle industry.
• Collaborate with teammates and offer support during absences or increased workloads.
• Fulfill administrative duties such as tracking leave and attending scheduled sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives led by your Supervisor or Mentor.
• Maintain high standards of quality, service performance, and customer satisfaction.
