Concentrix is seeking a Team Leader (On-site) in Barcelona to guide a multilingual customer support team. You will coach staff, perform regular reviews, and ensure top-tier service while collaborating with project management to meet client plans.

The role requires Danish and Chinese language proficiency with strong English, 3+ years in automotive customer-service management, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual in Danish and Chinese and fluent in English.
• More than 3 years of customer service team management experience in automotive industry.
• Business knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Strong IT knowledge and high customer care knowledge.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to implement and manage change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer support representatives
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plans
• Ensure high standards of customer service and support
• Cooperate with PM to fulfill Client’s business account plan
• Monitor team performance against KPIs
• Deliver the performance review to team members
• Identify training needs and opportunities for team growth and organize training sessions
• Prepare reports on team performance, incidents, and customer feedback
