Kats Recruitment seeks a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team based on-site in Spain (Barcelona, Benalmádena, or Valencia). You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering high-quality support and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries across phone, email, chat and other channels, logging cases, maintaining product knowledge in the EV sector, and collaborating to cover peak workloads.

Formación

• Native or proficient Danish, plus fluent English.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
• Basic IT proficiency (MS Office, Windows, internet).
• Proactive, problem-solving, collaborative and adaptable.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Log cases accurately and meet SLAs.
• Develop product knowledge in the EV sector.
• Collaborate to cover peak workloads and absences.
• Perform administrative tasks and attendance tracking.
• Support process improvements under supervision.
