Next Job Abroad is recruiting Danish-speaking Customer Assistance Coordinators on behalf of our client in Torrevieja, Spain. This international role offers multicultural teamwork, career growth, and the chance to build Nordic customer experience in a sunny coastal setting.

You’ll guide customers, coordinate practical solutions and ensure a smooth service journey from first contact to resolution with a focus on quality and timely updates.

Formación

• Fluent in Danish with good English communication.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and using several systems.
• Solution-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and internal systems
• Coordinate practical solutions and support services
• Communicate with customers, partners and suppliers
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Keep customers informed throughout the entire process
• Accurately document all cases and follow internal procedures
• Collaborate across teams and countries
• Deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment
