The Lemon Consulting is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Valencia, Spain. The role is on-site (Mon-Fri) with a focus on handling customer inquiries and maintaining product knowledge. You will manage calls, emails, and chats, ensuring timely resolution within SLA and supporting team initiatives.

Required: Danish fluency, English at least B2, 1 year in customer service, and familiarity with Windows and MS Office. Automotive experience is a plus and a dynamic team environment awaits.

Formación

• Native or fluent in Danish (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service.
• Experience in automotive sector is a plus.
• Familiar with Windows, MS Office and internet settings.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or alerts and address needs promptly.
• Document call details and ensure timely responses within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of services and products, including EV-related offerings.
• Escalate issues to seniors as needed and follow escalation procedures.
