Kats Recruitment seeks a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team based on-site in Spain (Barcelona, Benalmádena, or Valencia). You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering high-quality support and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries across phone, email, chat and other channels, logging cases, maintaining product knowledge in the EV sector, and collaborating to cover peak workloads.

Formación

• Native or proficient Danish, plus fluent English.

Job Title: Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Barcelona, Benalmádena (Málaga), or Valencia, Spain (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time (39 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00)

About the Role

We are seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team supporting leading electric vehicle brands. Based on-site in Barcelona, Benalmádena, or Valencia, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
  
• Log all cases accurately within the system and resolve issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge related to the electric vehicle sector.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless coverage during peak workloads or absences.
  
• Perform administrative tasks including attendance tracking and scheduled sessions.
  
• Participate in process improvement initiatives guided by team supervisors and mentors.
  

Requirements

• Languages: Native or proficient level in Danish, plus fluent English.
  
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service role. Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle sector is a strong advantage.
  
• Technical Skills: Basic IT proficiency (MS Office, Windows navigation, general internet configuration).
  
• Soft Skills: Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving ability, collaboration, and adaptability.
