Factorial HR is seeking a Sales Development Representative Upsell to grow the DACH market. You will profile high-potential accounts, uncover Champions, conduct discovery, and secure product demos with key IT and Finance decision-makers in your portfolio.

You will execute multi-touch campaigns, qualify leads for the IT product line, and collaborate with Account Executives to maximize pipeline. A background in outbound SaaS sales and HubSpot CRM usage is preferred.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual in German with professional English.
• 6+ months in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing SaaS roles is a plus.
• You map IT decision-makers and uncover Champions within target accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Execute multi-touch, multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, calls).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the IT product line.
• Research target accounts and map IT decision-makers across Spain.
• Refine outbound messaging and contribute to early sales playbooks.
• Collaborate with AEs to maximize pipeline conversion.
• Track activity and learnings in HubSpot CRM.
