Factorial is hiring a Sales Development Representative Upsell for the DACH Market in Barcelona. The role focuses on profiling high-potential accounts, uncovering internal Champions, and booking high-quality product demos to expand existing client relationships.

You will map IT stakeholders, conduct discovery, and partner with Account Executives to build a strong upsell pipeline across Spain while supporting the Growth team.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual in German with professional English.
• 6+ months in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing SaaS roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute multi-touch, multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, and calls).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the IT product line.
• Research target accounts and map IT decision-makers across Spain.
• Refine outbound messaging and contribute to early sales playbooks.
• Collaborate with AEs to maximize pipeline conversion.
• Track activity, feedback, and learnings in HubSpot CRM.
