Factorial HR in Barcelona is seeking a dynamic Pre-sales Consultant for the DACH market to drive customer value with our HR and payroll platforms. You’ll blend hands-on product demonstrations with strategic enablement, coaching the sales team, and shaping market insights to fuel growth in one of our most mature regions.

You’ll lead product demonstrations for high-value clients, support the broader sales team with content creation and training, and act as a liaison between sales and product.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
• Proven work experience as a Business Solutions Consultant or in a related position (e.g. Account Executive, Account Manager).
• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Proficiency in English and German languages.
• Bonus points: HR, payroll, finance, and AI knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Product Demo & Sales: directly participate in the sales process for key accounts and demo our Talent/Operations products.
• Onboarding & Ramp-up Coaching: shorten ramp-up time and help underperforming reps reach targets.
• Ongoing Training & Enablement: conduct regular sales/product training; analyze metrics and improve content.
• Certification Program Development: create a training program certifying the sales team.
• Market Research & Analysis: monitor trends and rival strategies to inform product/marketing decisions.
• Customer Activation: ensure smooth transition from sales to post-sales support and activation.
