Factorial HR in Barcelona is seeking an SDR Team Lead for the DACH market to build and guide a high-performing SDR team, shaping the prospecting strategy and driving pipeline. You will coach through trainings, call reviews, and 1:1s, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Partner Managers to align messaging and targets.

You’ll own key metrics, forecast with realism, and ensure smooth handovers to Account Executives, helping to deliver on individual and team targets in a fast-paced SaaS

Formación

• Experience leading commercial SDR/BDR teams in B2B SaaS.
• German proficiency and professional English at a business level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the SDR team for the DACH region.
• Own conversion, activity quality and pipeline metrics.
• Provide ongoing coaching through trainings, call reviews, and 1:1s.
• Design a unified Account Prospecting Strategy with Sales, Marketing and Partner Managers.
• Deliver on individual and team MRR and Demo targets; forecast and manage risk.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Enablement to provide the right tools and ramp new joiners.
