Factorial Hr is seeking a Partner Development Manager for the DACH market, based in Barcelona. You will identify and activate strategic partners, work with Sales, Marketing, and Product, and monetize the partner ecosystem to drive growth.

Build trust-based partnerships and inform GTM strategies in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will collaborate across teams, gather partner insights, and shape product development while pursuing measurable impact within the first year.

Formación

• Fluent German and proficient in English.
• Builder or entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
• Strong relationship-building skills for long-term partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and activate strategic partners across the DACH region.
• Assess partnership value and create business cases for revenue potential and fit.
• Build long-term, trust-based partner relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure partner success.
• Capture partner insights to inform product development and GTM strategy.
• Lay the foundation for growth and monetization in the DACH ecosystem.
• Continuously optimize processes and programs to maximize partner adoption and success.
