Factorial HR in Barcelona is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (German speaker) to drive recruitment for DACH markets and beyond. You will own the full cycle, partnering with Hiring Managers to understand needs and deliver top talent across functions in a fast-growing SaaS company.

You’ll join an international People team focused on growth, inclusion, and impactful hiring across Western Europe and ROW, with flexible perks and a dynamic, multinational culture.

Formación

• Fluent in English and German required.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition in international markets.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across GTM/Sales/Engineering and HR. and in a fast-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process; coordinate with hiring teams and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Screen candidates via resume reviews, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioral interviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other teams to understand needs and priorities.
• Strategize and propose talent-sourcing plans including events and community outreach.
• Ensure a positive Candidate Experience throughout all recruitment stages.
• Sourcing passive candidates and engaging them across multiple channels.
• Contribute to People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement and Diversity initiatives.
