Smartness in Spain is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive revenue growth by ensuring customers extract maximum value from our hospitality tech platform. You will focus on retention, expansion, upselling, and cross-selling to hit ambitious targets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in SaaS in CSM or Account Management roles, proven upsell success, strong data analysis, and fluency in German plus English (C1). Remote work is available.

• Revenue Growth & Expansion: identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow ARR.
• Target Obsession: exceed revenue quotas with strategic approach.
• High-Volume Contact Management: manage many daily customer interactions (calls, demos, meetings).
• Customer Engagement: ensure product adoption via training and regular check-ins.
• Data-Driven Performance: analyze usage and business data to maximize CLV.
• Customer Retention: reduce churn with proactive strategies.
• Collaboration with Sales & Product: work across teams for seamless experience.
• Process Optimization: refine CS processes and leverage CS tools.
