Job summary

WorkFlex is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with customers across the DACH region, helping them unlock the platform's value while driving retention.

You will onboard new clients, drive adoption, identify upsell opportunities, manage projects, and collaborate with sales and product teams. This fully remote role requires German at C2 level and strong English, with Excel and HubSpot familiarity.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and onboarding guide for customers across the DACH region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure high adoption and satisfaction.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales and product teams.
• Lead and manage ongoing projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Maintain proactive communication, gather feedback, and address concerns.
• Identify at‑risk accounts and develop mitigation strategies to reduce churn.
• Act as a customer advocate to inform product and leadership decisions.
• Track and report key metrics using HubSpot on usage, retention, and expansion.
