Job summary

Smartness is seeking a driven SDR/BDR to expand our hospitality SaaS footprint across Europe from a remote setting. You will generate high-value opportunities for Smartness Ultra, qualify leads, and book appointments to fuel ARR growth.

ideal candidates have 1–2 years of outbound SaaS prospecting, strong business acumen, and native or professional German language skills. Remote work with periodic in-person meetups supports rapid growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outbound prospecting or lead generation in SaaS/tech.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and tailor outreach to stakeholders.
• Experience working with Account Executives to build high-value pipelines.
• Fluent in German or professional level; comfortable communicating with C-level buyers.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to identify and engage accommodation providers.
• Create qualified appointments and contribute to ARR growth.
• Maintain and improve pipeline using CRM and sales analytics.
• Attend trade shows or events 1–2 times per year to meet clients.
• Clearly communicate Smartness value proposition to prospects.
