fonio seeks a Technical Customer Success Manager for Spain to own SMB customer relationships from onboarding to renewal. You will run calls, implement or improve customer setups, and surface value across the portfolio.

You should have 2–5 years in CS or related SaaS roles, strong Spanish and English, and experience with CRM workflows. Flexible to relocate to Vienna for an initial period, with an onsite team in Barcelona or Vienna.

Formación

• 2–5 years in Customer Success or related technical SaaS roles.
• Native or C2 Spanish, strong English.
• Familiarity with CRM workflows and data-driven processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer setup issues using API docs and logs.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of Spanish SMB customers across their lifecycle.
• Build relationships and surface value, identifying new use cases.
• Assist in setting up AI assistant for customers and coordinate with developers.
• Run proactive check-ins based on usage signals and adoption metrics.
• Work with playbooks and pipelines, test your own initiatives.
