Talent-R, a provider of AI-driven imaging solutions for the automotive sector, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to lead DACH expansion (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will own complex, high-value deals with large dealership groups and OEM networks.

You will build executive relationships, run full-cycle sales from discovery to negotiation, and demonstrate ROI through tailored product demos. Native German and fluent English required, with 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales in automotive.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS to enterprise customers in the automotive sector.
• Experience selling to large dealership groups, OEM networks, and marketplaces.
• Strong track record of closing enterprise-level deals with complex sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) from prospecting to signed agreement.
• Build executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showing ROI and value.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams for onboarding and retention.
