Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Junior Account Executive (DACH, German-speaking) based in Spain to drive new business abroad. You will own the full sales cycle, nurture prospects, and close deals with German-based companies seeking international hiring solutions.

A remote-first, collaborative team environment supports your growth and success. You will work with BDRs to build a strong pipeline, leverage AI tools, and communicate value to Finance, Legal, and leadership stakeholders across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales or similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to start conversations with new prospects and progress opportunities to close.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills including cold calling and creative approaches.
• Coachable with willingness to implement feedback quickly.
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
• Identify prospects' hiring plans and compliance challenges during discovery.
• Demonstrate value of international hiring solutions to decision-makers.
• Build pipeline with BDRs and manage deal momentum.
• Engage hiring managers and reach high-potential prospects creatively.
• Utilize AI tools to boost productivity while keeping CRM up to date.
• Learn from coaching and continuously improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe and beyond.
