Job summary

ALEX & GROSS GmbH in Barcelona is seeking an SDR (m/f/d) – Czech Market on a fixed-term contract starting February 2027. You will proactively reach out to potential customers, qualify opportunities, book meetings for our Sales team, and lay the groundwork for long-term customer relationships.

You will identify high-potential accounts, conduct outbound outreach, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales. Czech language (C2) and English (C1) are required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong discovery and structured handover to Account Executives.
• Confident, consultative communication and persistence in follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential target accounts via structured outbound outreach.
• Turn first contacts into qualified conversations by clarifying pain points, use case, stakeholders, and decision criteria.
• Build and progress a predictable lead pipeline with clear next steps and CRM discipline.
• Own pipeline data quality and timely follow-ups; refine outreach based on results.
