Eugenia Talent is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our client’s team in Barcelona or Valencia. You will conduct outbound and inbound prospecting, qualify leads, and support marketing campaigns, leveraging CRM tools and LinkedIn Navigator.

Fluent German with intermediate English is required, and prior sales or lead generation experience is preferred. The role offers a full-time schedule (39 hours/week) with paid training and opportunities for career growth in a modern office

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual in German with intermediate English.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or account management.
• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Excellent relationship-building and objection-handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads.
• Utilize CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo to tailor outreach strategies.
• Maintain and update lead data, pushing prospects through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with sales teams to refine outreach tactics and provide feedback.
• Support marketing campaigns by sharing insights and improving effectiveness.
